What are Studio Credits?
Studio Credits are pre-paid recording hours at a dedicated bundle rate. You pick a 4, 8, or 12-hour package and schedule whenever you want.
Each hour includes the full production team, cameras, audio, lighting, on-site technician, and file delivery within 24 hours.
Which sets can I use my credits at?
Studio Recording bundles apply to our 9 standard podcast sets: Icon, Collective, Clarity, Den, Heritage, Essence, Serenity, Prestige, and Noir.
Table Set bundles apply exclusively to The Boardroom Set (conference-table layout).
Premium sets, LED Wall Set, The Arena, CYC Wall, and VSL Setup, have separate pricing and cannot be booked with bundle credits.
When do my credits expire?
Your credits are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. You have flexibility to record at your own pace, weekly, bi-weekly, or whenever you batch episodes.
We recommend planning a regular cadence to maximize your content output.
Can I add extra guests or additional services?
Yes. Additional guests ($100/session), teleprompter ($60/session), live edit ($50/hr), enhanced edit ($300/session), set change ($80), and remote stream ($25/hr) are available as add-ons when booking each session.
Your bundle covers the base recording hour, extras are added based on what you need per session.
How does bundle pricing work?
Each bundle locks in a set number of hours at a dedicated per-hour rate. Three tiers available: 4 hours, 8 hours, and 12 hours. More hours means a better per-hour rate.
Every session includes the full production crew, 4K cameras, and 24-hour delivery, identical to booking hourly.
Can I share my credits with my team?
Yes. Credits are tied to your account and you can authorize team members to book sessions under your bundle.
This is perfect for agencies, production companies, or teams coordinating multiple shows from one account.
Cancellation and refund policy?
Session cancellations: Our standard policy applies, more than 48hr notice: reschedule at no charge. 24-48hr: 50% credit deduction. Less than 24hr: the credit is consumed.
Unused bundles: Studio Credits are non-refundable once purchased, but you have 12 months to use them. Contact info@themovemiami.com if you need to extend the timeline.
How do I schedule after purchasing?
After purchasing your bundle, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to your booking portal at themove.podyx.com.
From there, you schedule each session by selecting date, time, and set. You can book all your sessions at once or schedule them one by one as you plan your content.
